We pride ourselves on raising our animals outside and we rotate our animals to allow our land to rest, Hillside Farm at Coolana/Minden also pride themselves on raising their cows using regenerative practices. Meaning, they move them around on pasture to ensure they get fresh grass and plant matter to eat. As these cows assist them on their regeneration journey, they have an important job to do for the planet. They also are the most willing workers on the farm, always showing up for their shift of converting all that they eat into healthy, living soil.
Hillside Farm is where the cattle are raised and Andrew and Megan have joined Damon and Stephanie at Hillside farm to move their cattle and it was a great experience, our pigs would never behave as well as their cows do. If you love beef and you think you’d love to taste farm fresh beef, as nothing really does compare! Get a mixed bundle of beef cuts knowing the animals are raised with love. All beef can be collected from our farm at Prenzlau QLD. We have drop off and collection points at Kenmore, Pullenvale, Moggill, Karana Downs, Karalee, Ipswich area, Minden and surrounds. Collecting or receiving your farm fresh meat is not difficult at all.
This pack contains a selection of fresh beef cuts weighing 10kgs, there is also a 5kg, 15kg & 20kg packs. There will be a wide variety of cuts in mostly 500gm cryvac bags. The cuts we are receiving back from the butcher include T-bone steak, Eye Fillet Steak, Rump steak, Round Roasts, Topside roast, Corned silverside, mince, blade roast, short ribs, sausages, rib fillet steak and bbq steak. Topside Hillside farm receive the full amount of $ from the sales, let’s show them we support small farmers and want to see them end up with the sales they deserve for the work that goes into raising an animal well.
The packs are very limited and when you purchase a bundle not only are you buying nutrient dense food, but you will be supporting regenerative farming to raise happy and healthy animals long into the future as we continue doing our important work for our Earth.
